Do you want to become an expert in start-up investment and further develop your investment skills?
If you are an intern or analyst of a VC fund and you want to further develop your investment skills to grow in the sector, this program is for you. During 3 months you will have a series of online sessions with experts in the investment ecosystem to understand the key aspects of a VC fund. During these 10 sessions you will gain the needed skills to grow professionally in your career development plan.
The program content includes: Fund structure and mechanism, why do companies need capital, when and what for, How the VC industry works (LPs, GPs, fund timing and sizes, economics including management fees, hurdle rates, Carry, etc.), ways that VCs invest (equity, CLN, and related terms, options when negotiating with an entrepreneur, how can a clause benefit an investor or drawback an entrepreneur, which clauses are better according to what stage the venture is at syndicates … just amongst other such as European trends in the sector, the science of valuation and a number of AMA (ask me anything sessions).

Do you want to enrich your career prospects with skills and peer learning on issues such as fundraising, creating a fund or championing gender balance?
This online programme is designed to empower young and mid-career women with the skills and mindset necessary to thrive in a venture capital career. Here you will find inspiration from accomplished professionals, learn to cultivate a compelling personal brand, deep into financial aspects of a venture capital career suchas remuneration structure, negotiation strategies or building long-term relationships.

You can register individually by session, or by module or full program, in the registration link above you will find different options to register.
If you register to the whole series, one entire module or at least 4 sessions (different modules), you will receive a certificate detailing your participation.
Senior venture investment professionals
A sharing, networking and discussion space on professional development and advancement.
Each training course will bring top-level speakers and coaches and will comprise theoretical and practical sessions, based on an interactive and ‘learning by doing approach’ to bring out the best of each participant.
