The Business Angels Academy is an EIT Community Supernovas initiative that trains women to become business angels.
It offers two tailored tracks: one for new investors (New Angels) and one for experienced investors (Experienced Angels),

The programme is designed for women passionate about startups, innovation, and technology who want to start or grow their activity as business angels. Both new and experienced angel investors are welcome.
How is the programme structured?
The Academy delivers online sessions covering deal flow, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, portfolio diversification, engaging with portfolio companies, and exits. The learning is hands-on, and participants are encouraged to develop their own investment strategy during the course.
What is the format of the sessions?
Sessions are delivered online and combine expert-led training, practical exercises, and interactive discussions with experienced investors.
Who are the instructors?
Instructors include experienced angel investors, VC professionals, and industry experts who share their real-world knowledge and proven strategies.
What kind of networking opportunities are available?
Participants gain access to the Supernovas Investor Community, a pan-European network of women investors. This includes opportunities for co-investment, peer exchange, and long-term connections.
Will I get access to deal flow?
Yes. Participants are given access to a curated data room with high-quality deal flow of women-led startups vetted by EIT.
What is the cost of the programme?
Thanks to full funding from EIT, participation in the programme is entirely free for all attendees.

Do participants receive a certificate?
Yes. Participants receive a certificate issued by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT).
