Through a series of expert-led online sessions, you’ll gain essential insights into the VC ecosystem, mastering key aspects to advance your career in venture capital. You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with other female investors, expand your network, enhance your personal brand, and accelerate your career growth through mentorship opportunities.
The bootcamp consists of online training sessions, mentorship opportunities, and in-person networking events. The online training is condensed into one month, with two cohorts held each year.

Why Rising VC stars?
The venture capital industry has long been male-dominated, resulting in a significant lack of female representation in key roles, with only 9% of assets under management controlled by female managers. This disparity is often driven by gender bias, limited networks, and unwelcoming cultures. We believe that while community-building is essential for career growth in VC, education is equally vital for empowerment.
Breaking into VC and advancing within the industry is challenging, particularly for women. With 85% of investment committees being all-male, securing leadership positions is especially difficult.
Our VC Academy is designed to help young female investors consolidate their technical knowledge, acquire new skills, connect with industry leaders, and build valuable networks. We believe this program is crucial for empowering women to thrive and accelerate their careers in venture capital.
